Have the urge to burn off some of that indulgence? Never fear – you’ll find our gym on the lowest floor of the hotel, complete with a treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer and free weights. Guests are invited to work out here for free any time during the opening hours of 6am to 10pm. Another exercise option is the 45-minute walk into the centre of Asker, where you can admire the charming church and library and pop into the engrossing Asker Cultural House. Once you’ve finished exploring, simply jump in a taxi and ride for 5 minutes to get back to Quality Hotel Leangkollen.

We serve a nice, big breakfast buffet with lots of organic and healthy produce – a proper hotel breakfast in other words!
Our food concept
Our chef makes sure to use the very best seasonal produce to create exciting and delicious dishes. We want lunch to be a true culinary experience and for dinner we serve a lovely 3-course conference menu. For an extra special dinner, you can upgrade the conference menu that we send out in advance or you can choose something from our group menu. We can even arrange tapas, seafood or barbeque buffets too! And everything we serve is made from scratch right here in our kitchens – we certainly don't cut corners! Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted to hear that we have our very own pastry chef too. So, you could even order a wedding cake from us!

The hotel has flexible conference facilities that can accommodate both large and small groups (max. 150 people).

Punctum Bar is the perfect gathering place after a long day of meetings. Either for an aperitif or for a social gathering, dancing or after-dinner drinks. If you'd prefer to have some privacy, we have cosy rooms for smaller groups near the bar.

Our meeting facilities are perfect for summer parties, Christmas parties and everything in between. On selected Sundays we also serve a Sunday buffet. The What's On calendar on the right contains dates of Sunday buffets and Christmas buffets.

Asker Kulturhus
Company / event
We love festivities! Kulturhuset is suitable for most events and celebrations. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, christening, naming, confirmation, anniversary or memorial. The house has both light and modern, classic and spacious, youthful and flexible banqueting rooms.
When renting our premises, you as a tenant are free to use your own food supplier and drinks can be brought in most premises. Some of the banqueting rooms are connected to functional kitchens that make serving easy.
All rooms are technically well equipped and have wireless internet access. The house is well adapted for the disabled.
Rental of Scenes
We organize good cultural experiences! Asker Kulturhus houses three scenes and an outdoor scene. All scenes are well equipped technically and our technicians are very experienced.
The theater hall has an audience capacity of 369 people and is our largest hall. It has solid amphitheater and great stage.
The multisalen has an audience capacity of 236 people in amphitheater, 300 standing or approx. 100 in cafe layout. This is a flexible hall where you can choose from many different audience setups.
The radar scene has the capacity of 150 people standing and is a small blackbox scene.
The outdoor scene is a small stage with a roof and simple technique in front of the cultural center towards the baking loop.

We have airy vestibules, large and small meeting rooms, conference and concert halls. The house is suitable for all types of corporate events. No event is too small – or too big.
Use us as an event partner or combine your conference with Asker Kulturhus's regular artistic program.
Large vestibule areas adjacent to the halls make dining easy and efficient. Wireless network and projector in all rooms are included in the price. The house is well adapted for the disabled. Contact us for an informal chat and a tour of the premises.

Storøyodden beach at Fornebu – Blue Flag
At Fornebu, on the outermost point at Storøya there is a large green area and sandy beach with a kiosk, showers, lavatories and wheel chair ramp. Planes used to take off from this beach when Fornebu was Oslo’s main airport, until October 1998. Deck chairs and tables can be borrowed, and you can play beach volleyball on one of the four courts, or pick another game if you prefer. The service building is open throughout the summer season. Storøyodden is most easily accessed by cycling.

Breivoll Farm
The farm café at Breivoll Gård is idyllically located by the Bunnefjorden at Vinterbro in Ås. As a serviced DNT cabin, Breivoll Gård is a natural meeting place for both short and longer visits. In addition to the farm café, Breivoll offers accommodation, party rooms and tailor-made packages for groups, companies and events. Storøyodden beach – Fornebu – Blue Flag
Storøyodden beach is located on the outskirts of Storøya, has 50 acres of grassy plains for sunbathing and play and a large beautiful sandy beach. Small islet set off the sandy beach. Service facility with grills, shower, toilet and kiosk. Great handicap friendly ramp.
Nice coastal path around the entire Fornebu if you are tired of lying on the beach. A short stroll to the nature reserve and wetland with rich bird and wildlife at Lilløyplassen visitor center, which also organizes many nice eventsf or the children throughout the summer.
FornebuS shopping center within walking distance to the beach where there is a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Access: Best to get to the beach by bike. Bus to Fornebu West. A walk / bike ride on dirt road from the bus / parking. This is a nice little walk.
Parking: 6 Handicap parking spaces right on the beach. Other Parking at Storøya neighboring center, Fornebu Arena or out on Oksenøya.
