Meeting facilities for businesses, associations, and anyone looking to offer their professional contacts something a little different.

The Manager’s Residence, dating back to the 1860s, is steeped in history from the days when timber was floated down the river. Host your next meeting at Fetsund Lenser.

On the second floor of the Manager’s Residence, you will find a modern meeting room featuring a large conference table with seating for up to 12 people. The room is equipped with a projector, screen, wireless internet access, and equipment for hosting Microsoft Teams meetings. A flipchart is also available, along with a breakout room adjacent to the meeting space.

On the ground floor, the main lounge can be converted into a lecture or presentation room with seating for up to 50 people. The room can be arranged with small tables or a large conference table and includes AV equipment. The adjoining rooms are ideal for serving lunch and dinner. When renting the venue for meetings and conferences, the entire house is included, giving guests exclusive access to both floors. The property also offers excellent kitchen facilities and a cloakroom.

The possibilities are many here. We are flexible in seeing solutions in the use and combination of premises and outdoor areas.

Are you looking for the perfect venue for your next conference, meeting, or course?

Create a memorable event in a truly unique setting with exceptional opportunities.

Drøbak Aquarium offers meeting room rentals that go beyond the ordinary.

Located at Sjøtorget in Drøbak, with beautiful views over the Oslofjord, the marina, our three mermaids, and Neptune himself watching over us.

When you rent our facilities, free entry to Drøbak Aquarium is included for all participating guests during the aquarium’s regular opening hours.

The facilities consist of two rooms that can be rented together or (on weekdays*) separately, divided by a soundproof partition if needed.

Our small meeting room “The Mermaids” has a maximum capacity of 20 people (14 seated around a single meeting table).

Our medium meeting room “Neptune” has a maximum capacity of 25 people (18 seated around a single meeting table).

Our largest meeting room “The Ferry Office” has a maximum capacity of 48 people (32 seated around a single meeting table).

The rooms include a small cloakroom, restroom, and a kitchenette with cups/glasses, plates, and cutlery for 40+ people.

All facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Welcome back to Trugstad Gård – we are finally open again – newly renovated and intimate atmosphere!

Courses and conferences

Courses and conferences: only 10 minutes from Gardermoen and 40 minutes from Oslo, Trugstad Gård is ideal for courses and conferences.

Conference

In idyllic and rural surroundings, the good conversation is well facilitated and provides a unique opportunity for professional discussions, social gatherings and activities in sheltered and quiet surroundings. We accept both small and large groups, up to 50 people.

Meeting facilities

At Trugstad Gård you will find 3 different premises:

"Backyard" up to 30 participants

"The library" up to 12 participants

"The villa" up to 20 participants.

The living rooms at Trugstad Gård can also be used for smaller groups where everyone gets peace of mind.

Wergelandshaugen – meetings

Meetings at Wergelandshaugen! 

Only 35 minutes by train from the center of Oslo, 10 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen – you will find the lovely Wergelandshaugen.

This is a unique place to gather the management team or create an unforgettable meeting between colleagues. The surroundings create calm and creativity, gathered around exquisite architecture and stately details.

Wergelandshaugen has different rooms that can be adapted to different occasions. Among other things, the Spisestuen can accommodate 18 people in a board table layout, in the Kunstlåven there are options for both unboards, long tables and classic layouts with rectangular meeting tables. In the stable wing you will find good solutions for video conferences, as a projector, screen, camera and microphones have been installed for this purpose.

Cafe Amalies Have, serves delicious break food and home-made lunch. In the evening, Havestuen can be set up for a dignified dinner.

The beautiful, English garden with sculpture park can be used during breaks and when needed to relax. There you can see and smell the plants and flowers from ancient times, back to the Middle Ages. The historic garden has been painstakingly restored to the 1920s, according to photographs and with contemporary plants.

Destilleriveien 11 – Come and have your meeting / conference at our conference center – we are the world's aquavit producer located at Gjelleråsen.

Close to Oslo and Oslo Airport we at Destilleriveien 11 – offers you the perfect place to have sales meetings, department meetings and other happenings or event with us.
 
We have 2 small rooms which canseat 15 persons in a meeting and a large meeting room seating up to 50 people.

You can end the meeting with the distillery tour with aquavit making, or an evening with a full three course menu with the taste of aquavit. There are also opportunities for wine course or to specialize more in such cognac.

Hellviktangen Art Café

The pearl of Nesodden – a magnificent Art Nouveau villa right on the waterfront, with a park, beach and its own pier. Hellviktangen has facilities to accommodate weddings and summer parties, with a large terrace facing the sea. Possible to rent for seminars and conferences. Enjoy beautiful winter Sunday’s by the fireplace with a hot drink and a nice view.

SUNDAY CAFÉ from 12:00 to 19:00. Every Sunday year round. From end June to mid August open daily except Saturdays. Here you will find tasteful organic, homemade food. Enjoy.

You can take a Sunday walk along the coastal path from the Nesodden ferry to Hellviktangen, or come by bus or car, We have some docking places for our boat riding guests.
