Kleivstua Hotell

From Dronningveien up to Kleivstua you get some of the most beautiful viewpoints in Eastern Norway, with spectacular panoramic views of Steinsfjorden and Ringerike. When you enter the yard, the calm subsides – here you will find both silence and inspiration.
Activities
Kleivstua is surrounded by Krokskogen – Asbjørnsen and Moe’s fairy tale forest – with miles of hiking and cycling trails. We offer:
• 10 electric bikes for rent (helmet included) for day trips to, among others, Kongens Utsikt, Sørsetra and hidden bathing spots.
• Lavvo and barbecue hut (Stallen), perfect for gatherings with activities such as axe throwing, obstacle course and air rifle.
• Team building and tailor-made activities for groups.
• Short distance to Tyrifjord Golf Club, one of Norway's most beautiful courses.
• Great ski slopes in winter.
Food and wine
The restaurant has a magnificent view of Hole and Ringerike. Our cuisine is based on Norwegian food traditions, combined with modern flavors and seasonal ingredients. We have a carefully selected wine cellar with wines from many parts of the world.
Conference
With 8 meeting rooms (and 9 group rooms) with a capacity of up to 100 people, Kleivstua is an ideal place for courses and conferences. Our largest meeting rooms, Villa Utsikten and Langhuset, are free-standing buildings with their own break rooms.
Kleivstua offers modern meeting facilities in a historic setting, personal hospitality and nature right outside the door. The entire place can be rented exclusively for groups that want a private atmosphere.
Parties and weddings
For more than 250 years, Kleivstua has hosted weddings, anniversaries and large events.
• Restaurant Dronningen has space for 200 guests.
• Villa Utsikten is suitable for parties of 15–60 people.
• Gulstua, in the oldest part of the hotel, can accommodate up to 45 people.
A wedding at Kleivstua is something very special. Weddings can be held both indoors and outdoors, and we offer flexible solutions for aperitifs, dinner and dancing. Many choose to celebrate for three days, with a barbecue buffet on Friday, a wedding dinner on Saturday and a pleasant breakfast on Sunday.

Cottage Trulsrudkollen

The hut is i situated at Trulsrudkollen with spectacular view during the day and in the evening. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest, the starry sky and at the same time glimpse the lights of the city in far distance.

The cabin is excellent for a couple, a small group of friends or if you are looking for closeness to nature all by yourself. The cabin is booked online and through Inatur, see the link at the bottom of the description.

Facilities:

Cozy log cabin with 3-5 beds.

Living room with dining table and room for 6 people.

Kitchen with stove top (4 gas burners), bunk oven, small gas fridge and sink.

Bedroom with bunk bed, where lower bunk (120X200) can be used as a double bed. The upper bunk is 80 cm wide. In the living room, you can sleep on a bunk bed (70X200) and in a cozy pull-out bed (80X160), where children can easily fall asleep in the evening.

The cabin has a large 3-bay window with a view to the south, a 2-bay window facing the view to the east, a 2-bay kitchen window to the west and a 2-bay bedroom window to the north. All windows are double and small-paned.

The annex is located directly behind the main house and has been recently renovated and furnished (summer and autumn 2023). It is possible to rent the annex with up to 4 extra beds, in addition to the main cabin. The annex has a family bunk, where the lower bunk is 120X200 and the upper bunk is 80X200. The sleeping area is 70X230.

Directly behind the cabin is an untouched forest that is an eldorado for children ("adventure forest"). Here there is a rich bird and animal life, with good opportunities to find mushrooms and berries for those who search during the summer season…

Guest have to bring bed sheets and drinking water. Outdoor toilet. Guest are requested to tidy and clean the hut upon departure.

We are a new apartment hotel in Lillestrøm without a staffed reception. Here, you can easily check in and out via our guest app or on the iPad in the reception area. The location is ideal, with a short walking distance to Lillestrøm Torv and only about 7 minutes to Lillestrøm train station.

We have 45 stylish and spacious apartments, ranging from 33 to 65 square meters. Whether you are traveling alone, with colleagues, family, or friends, we have the perfect apartment for you. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, and for those who need a longer stay, we also have apartments with a washing machine and drying rack.

There is a parking garage available under the hotel for a fee.

The WonderInn Delta

WonderInn Delta is literally a hidden gem, and one of the most popular accommodations on the Airbnb platform.

Norway's first mirror cabin of 20 square meters forms a discreet, comfortable and unique setting where the Øyeren delta plays the main role.

The unique design blends into the landscape so you can step back and watch the life that flows by on the river and in the forest that surrounds the cabin.

The mirrored glass windows provide a spectacular 180-degree view of nature, while at the same time there is zero insight into what is inside. WonderInn has a kitchenette with everything you need, a shower and toilet, and a cozy patio with a grill and fire pit.

Villa Breen

A whole hotel for yourself

Central and easily accessible, just 45 minutes from city center of Oslo and 25 minutes from Gardermoen, with good conference facilities and charming and good hotel rooms.

Villa Breen is peacefully located in a beautiful undulating landscape, with a large garden for relaxation, great hiking opportunities right outside the door, and lots of opportunities for experiences in the local area.

House with soul In the spacious main house you enjoy meals, hold courses and meetings, and the lounge on the second floor is a natural gathering place in the evenings.

Here you will also find our exhibition with art by the painter and artist Bjarne Røtterud, who had the house as his summer studio for 30 years.

In the unique log house Søstun you will find 10 double rooms with bathrooms, and 2 single rooms with a pleasant reading nook and shared bathroom. We have moved this house to Villa Breen, and it has lots of charm and an exciting history, combined with water-borne heat in all floors and brand new bathrooms.

Good for the environment and delicious for your feet!

We have restored the old housein the yard from scratch, and it has become an informal and pleasant gathering place for the guests at Villa Breen. Here you can gather for a few drinks, snacks, storytelling etc.

There are many pleasant activities within a 10-15 minute drive – Eidsvoll 1814, Nes Kirkeruiner, Gamle Hvam, Svanefoss Sluser, and charming small village centers such as Årnes and Eidsvoll.

Trolldome – Unique accommodation

Welcome to our hidden and little gem in the countryside – a dome that accommodates two people (with the option for an extra bed for a third person).

Included are towels, soft bathrobes, a fully made-up bed with freshly washed linens. There is an outdoor toilet and shower, as well as a small hot tub available until the temperature drops to -5°C. There’s also a barbecue area, perfect for preparing simple meals.

You can order a tapas platter upon arrival, rent a SUP (stand-up paddleboard) or boat, take a guided tour of the Nes Church Ruins, or participate in a mini-course where you can make your own pizza outdoors at the Eldhuse. You can also request a campfire to be lit upon arrival, and firewood or charcoal can be ordered if needed.

Enjoy paddling on the small river right by the dome, sit outside and observe the wildlife – you might even spot a beaver nearby – or try your luck fishing from the bridge or using one of our boats.

There is also a café 3.5 km away, where you can enjoy our homemade pizza when it's open.

In the summer, you can join guided nature walks. The hosts will show you edible plants growing in the area – perhaps some of them will end up on your pizza!

Here, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the beaver dam, peace and quiet, and many great hiking opportunities.

In winter, accommodation is available upon request, so remember to contact us before your visit.

The accommodation is located close to the main house, so the hosts will be available if you need anything.

Ramme Fjordhotel

The buildings offer a lot of architectural history: The hostel is a half-timbered building in the 1780s style, inspired by architecture and building customs in Sweden and Denmark/Norway. The building has many beautiful craftsmanship details and a majestic red facade. The rooms have been named after Kristiania-bohemen and Fred. Olsen shipping companies, which have left their mark on local history.

The distillery is a brick factory building in the 1880s style. Here you will find the reception and facilities such as sauna, bar, library, meeting room, lounge, roof terrace with hot tub and observation tower.

The distillery is decorated with Edvard Munch as a theme. Common areas are named after the places and cities Munch frequented. Pictures he painted on the spot have given names to the rooms and are reproduced on the walls. If you are holding a conference or a wedding, you cannot get a finer setting for the experience.

Glamping at Mjøsli

Welcome to Mjøsli and our 3 new glamping tents.

The tent has a double bed with bed linen and towels, WIFI, fridge and coffee machine. Close by is a shared outdoor kitchen, as well as a toilet and shower. There are also sauna facilities that are available, but must be booked separately.

The sauna facility is available to all visitors to Mjøsli. For the time being, bookings are made for a minimum of two hours at NOK 200 by calling +47 950 99 676. The sauna facility has a changing room, a cold water shower as well as a normal shower and toilet. It is open all year round.

Mjøsli is a scenic area overlooking Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa. It is only 30 minutes from OSL airport.

In the area there are also:

Disc golf course, climbing jungle, soccer field, sand volleyball court, playground, bocce court, E-sports room (coming) and many hiking opportunities.

WonderInn Riverside Nest and Pano

The Dome and Pano are both located on the highest point on the farm, offering stunning views over the gullies, acres and nearby farms, the forest and the river.

The natural vegetation next to the dome ensures complete secludedness to the rest of the farm from the dome.

The Dome and Pano are exceptionally located in what we call the "forest island" – a circular forest in the middle of the acre, with stunning views over the farm and over the river. You will be tucked in by pine forest and elevated by the cozy platform the dome is resting on, giving this dome a true treehouse feeling. The dome is completely secluded by the forest and offers guests a unique experience.

A few meters from the domes you will have a private outdoor toilet, and a short (but steep!) walk to the farm's main building. Here you find a normal toilet, a shower, and a kitchen. The stay also includes a steamy session in the mirrored glass sauna at the riverside.

Glamping: Be aware that our domes are spectacular, but not the most comfortable of the accommodations at the WonderInn Riverside, as it has no water or electricity in the dome itself. It is a short hike from the parking lot to the dome of about 250 meters uphill. Bring suitable shoes for the weather conditions and not more luggage than what you are able to carry.

The dome can also get warm during the hottest summer months.
