Klatretunet – café

A brand new cafe at Romerike, and it is located in the heart of the High & Low Lillestrøm climbing park.

You do not have to climb to visit the cafe as there is free entrance to the park.

The cafe is located in an idyllic setting surrounded by marked hiking trails and the climbing park.

You will also have a good view to some of the activity slopes.

We have the same ollow the climbing park opening hoursas the climbing park  – From 10-17 o´clock every day during the summer vacation, otherwise 10-16 o´clock weekends from April to October. Klatretunet serves healthy and nutritious food and we make everything ourselves and you get home-made bread with good toppings, salads, home made burgers, pie with salad, fruit jam, our own-made muesli and yoghurt, and not least our new ice cream and sorbet.

Klatretunet can also be rented to events and companies, mainly after climbing park opening hours (10-17 / 16).

Cafe Standpunkt at Eidsvoll 1814

Kafé Standpunkt – is a modern coffeehouse inspired by the coffeehouse traditions that were established in Europe during the 17thcentury. In Madame Juels coffeehouse in Copenhagen the early thoughts of Norwegian independence were born, leading on to the events in 1814. Our coffeehouse offers tasty pastries, lunch and coffee in a modern interior which includes a small bookshop.

The coffeehouse is located in our visitors centre with a nice view to Eidsvollsbygningen as well as the river Andelva. Seats app 60 pax in side and 25 pax outside

Hellviktangen Art Café

The pearl of Nesodden – a magnificent Art Nouveau villa right on the waterfront, with a park, beach and its own pier. Hellviktangen has facilities to accommodate weddings and summer parties, with a large terrace facing the sea. Possible to rent for seminars and conferences. Enjoy beautiful winter Sunday’s by the fireplace with a hot drink and a nice view.

SUNDAY CAFÉ from 12:00 to 19:00. Every Sunday year round. From end June to mid August open daily except Saturdays. Here you will find tasteful organic, homemade food. Enjoy.

You can take a Sunday walk along the coastal path from the Nesodden ferry to Hellviktangen, or come by bus or car, We have some docking places for our boat riding guests.

The attic – Farm store

The form store " the attic" is a charming farm shop which is located in the storehouse Hoel Vestre.  

Here you will find tasteful lunch courses, freshly baked bread, cakes and something to drink. The first floor contains interior design, gift articles and old memories. New and old treasures side by side, make a unique setting.
So, closer to heaven you will hardly get…

Smakfulle Rom – cafe and restaurant

Restaurant at Smakfulle Rom

Smakfulle Rom is a small hotell with an excellent kitchen located on a farm with beautiful surroundings. You can find the hotel 25 minutes from Oslo City and 17 minutes from OSL Airport. The restaurant serves the "Meny of the day» and focuses on the best commodities found in every season. Smakfulle Rom runs a sustainable kitchen and prepares whole animals that are delivered from the surrounding farms. We mainly serve nordic dishes, and everything is maid from scratch.

 

The price is about 695,- for four dishes.

Morten´s tavern

Morten's kro is located in the outskirts of Oslo, in Nittedal commune.

In the early 1900 there were four transporting stations in near vicinity of where Morten's kro is located today. Back them Morten's kro var known as Solvang kafè and was only open during summer season.

Today, however, Morten's kro is the only remaining.

Our houses offers a selection of traditional Norwegian disches with a modern tvist. We offer our customers banquet, meetings and conference facilites.

Café Magenta

We are a popular stop for bus groups, and indiviuals on their way to and from in Sweden. Large and small teams and associations come to us year after year. For meetings and conferences, we have rooms for rent, and we create a setup that suits your group.

Our lunch buffet can be a good break in a long meeting day.

If you are planning a memorial gathering, we have extensive experience and suitable premises. We take care of the setup and serving of sandwiches and cakes. The entire event takes place quietly and discreetly in the banquet hall or conference room, separate from the cafeteria.

Vollen Marina restaurants

Bukta Matbar is a newly renovated restaurant with a large outdoor terrace bathed in sunshine. Stone oven-baked pizza, small dishes, fish and seafood are served here, and the emphasis is on good ingredients and pleasant service.

Brygga Bar is located at the end of the pier in Vollen and is the perfect place for a day or evening in the summer sun. Good drinks and snacks are served here.

Penny Lane by Villa is a pleasant lunch spot with home-made dishes, Danish sandwiches and nice outdoor seating with a view of the harbour.

Vollen Marineservice is a shop with the fjord's best soft ice cream, drinks and sausages, and most of the equipment you need for the boat, including fuel.

If you want to experience more of Vollen, we recommend a walk along the coastal path and a wonderful sea bath from the jetty or the beach.

Privaten Café

Welcome to the traditional Privaten Café, idyllically situated by the harbor in Holmsbu. We serve sandwiches, light meals, dinners,  a children's menu, cakes and coffee. 

Our live concerts are a big drawis in Holmsbu.  As in previous years, there will bea pre-sale of tickets on Tikkio.com at our evening concerts. Our afternoon concerts can be bought at the door.

Privaten Café has since its opening in 1926 been a well-known establishment in Holmsbu.  Many generations of residents and visitors have had the pleasure of enjoying themselves with us.  Roger Olsen has in 2023 his 47th season at Privaten Cafe and  he caneven offer you eventsis with music and other entertainment and a very good menu for dining.  We hope you will enjoy our offers, and we will do everything we can to give you a memorable visit.
