Some great places for families with children are:
Haga Golf along Griniveien and Hagabråten on the Lijordet. In Lommedalen you meet like-minded people at the Bærum Golf Club and at the "Sukkertoppen" at the stadium in Eineåsen ski resort, while Evjebakken was voted as the roughest ground by Budstikka's readers a few years ago. Also popular are; Solli, Blakstadbakken, Dønskibakken and Føyka, which is centrally located at Asker Center with many nice cafes to warm up afterwards. A single plastic bag provides excellent slide if you do not have a slab, mat or sledge.
Remember to have something warm to sit on, an extra pair of mittens and something warm in the thermos.

Kolsåstoppen (Bærum) is a favorite hiking destination and suitable for those who want to climb beautiful, natural secured lines and practice their skills. Here there are challenges for all levels. This is the place where the legendary climber Arne Næss prepared the form for the big trips. Kolsåstoppen is easily accessible by metro and bus.
More experienced climbers will like the climbing field / crag right behind Kolsåstoppen, among other things behind the Løkenhavna residential field. Here you can compete on sports routes up to grade 9/9 +, and you can also try your hand at the legendary Oslo classic.
Vardåsen (Asker) is a favorite for you who like to climb. Relatively gentle, glossy boulders lead to the top where you are rewarded with the most beautiful fjord view. A playground of dimensions, from the gaping cracks that extend from the bottom to the cuckoo nests at the tops. The wall at Vardåsen is one of very few with multi-rope lengths in the Oslo area, with routes from 50 meters to 150 meters.
Verket in Hyggen (Asker). Here you will find a high cliff by the sea with varied climbing. The cliff has developed over time and some routes are somewhat sparsely equipped. The field can also be suitable for the more adventurous with more mix routes, technical climbing, natural lines and potential for new routes. The field also has several natural lines that are well suited for beginners. Directions
Indoor climbing
If you want to explore more about climbing, a trip to an indoor center would be a good idea to take a course and get a steep pass. Then you get basic training in security. If you are going to climb with children, you must have a top rope card. You can also get this at a climbing center.
In Asker we have Holmen Klatresenter and Røyken Klatresenter at Røykenbadet.
Welcome to the playground at Sanngrund! Here you will find a jumping pillow, a play tower with a slide, table tennis, swings, and toy cars.
In the summer, you are welcome to the beach. A cozy, small sandy beach with a slide and a trampoline out on the water. You will find a nice sand volleyball court right by the water and the beach. Here, both young and old can enjoy sunny days with swimming and play.
In the cafeteria and at the campsite, we offer rental of pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks. Whether you are an avid fisherman looking to try your luck, or you just want to relax and enjoy a sunny day on the water, we have something for you. Also, try the quiz trail (best suited for the little ones) or borrow a frisbee at the reception. After playing and swimming, you can enjoy an ice cream on our spacious outdoor seating area.

So if the swimming temperatures in the fjord are waiting for you, then why not make the trip to BadeFryd? Here you are guaranteed delicious bathing water every day! In our water park you will find our water slides Kappløpet and BadeFrydelven, a pool, a splash pool and sun loungers.
BadeFryd is open from mid-June to mid-August.
In BadeFryd you will also find the Magaplasket kiosk where you can buy refreshments during breaks from swimming. If you get hungry, you can always buy food at the Pizzaverkstedet which you can find right next to BadeFryd.
So bring your swimsuit and remember that your visit to BadeFryd is included in the ticket.

You will find us in the basement of the X-Meeting point with an entrance at the back of the building.
You can easily book a track via the "Playtomic" app. Download it, create a user and search for Just Padel Hellerudsletta and you can easily book a court with us. We have rackets for hire and balls for sale, so all the equipment you need can be found in the hall.

At Bergvang we have a large selection of activities for both young and old throughout the year. We have outdoor activities, lavvo with fireplace and a nice gathering room inside the barn. We are located in scenic surroundings adjacent to the landscape protection area at Semsvannet. There is direct access to water, forest and land. In summer the garden full of different flowers and roses galore. It's nice to sit on a bench and enjoy the sight of animals and plants!

Nice course in forest terrain with its own practice basket on the grass field. Good information signs, all pitches are marked with necessary information/maps. Have fun with friends and family! The frisbee course is made in connection with the lighted track at Sletta, Holmsbu Sports Association's facility. Possible to play after dark.
