Nice round trips like around Hurdalsjøen can easily be replaced with large, fine gravel roads and trails on the ridge over several miles. Many of the same miles where ski trails are also prepared in winter! In recent years, Hurdal has also become a well-known place for those who love randonee, and Nordliskampen is more visited in winter than in summer.

Hurdalsjøen has early opportunities for those who want to go cross-country skiing, the trails are run early and they last longer than most other places. In addition, when winter allows, there are great ice skating rinks on the lake.
